What we offer
Being part of our project means being an active member of an everchanging reality, joining forces to spiritually and ecologically uplift our community and local area.
You will be able to participate in our daily spiritual practices (optional), join our retreats, live in contact with nature, help shape Ananda Kalyani direction and objectives and be a reference for new arrivals and team members.
Food and accommodation are included. Depending on the season and demand, we offer a variety of living arrangements, including private rooms in community houses in nearby villages, as well as designated spaces for parking your van or setting up your own yurt
You can enjoy our healthy, locally sourced sattvic food (yogic diet vegetarian without onion, garlic, or mushrooms) prepared with love by our kitchen team, or take food to prepare at your own place.
We also offer monetary compensation for the time and responsibility that goes into the role to cover extra expenses. The positions require a one-year commitment to the project.

Logistics
We’re looking for an organized Logistics Lead to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. In this essential role, you’ll support the flow of daily operations by managing supplies, coordinating transport and schedules, and ensuring that materials are where they need to be—when they need to be there.
Maintenance
We’re looking for a Maintenance Team Lead to help care for Ananda Kalyani — from electricity and carpentry to light construction and creative fixes. This role is for someone who loves solving practical challenges, enjoys coordinating a team, and wants to weave daily work with spiritual practice. If you’re proactive, reliable, and ready to support a living community where people and planet thrive together — this might be for you
Visitors
We are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial Visitors Lead to guide and expand our guesthouse and eco-tourism initiatives. This is more than a job — it’s an invitation to contribute your skills to a spiritually based community, rooted in ecology, regeneration, and collective purpose.
Agriculture
We are currently looking for a passionate Agriculture Lead, who feels called to
serve Ananda Kalyani by managing our agriculture team. The Lead guides daily
operations of our food production – providing nourishing food for people who
work and live on the land, while growing it into a sustainable business.
Communication
We are seeking a dynamic Communication Lead to join our team. In
this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing communication
and marketing strategies that enhance our brand and engage our audience. You
will work closely with various teams to ensure our messaging is clear, consistent,
and impactful.
