Mentoring and overseeing the decision-making processes of Ananda Kalyani, he helps us to reach our goals. With a wealth of experience in community development, he dedicated his life to supporting people and organizations.
Ideas translator and coordinating wiz, she ensures that the ecosystem flows well and the actions on the field are well managed and weaved, building the bridge between volunteers, team coordinators and board members.

Our logistical saviour, deals with getting, transporting everything and everyone where they are supposed to go. Passionate about therapies and astrology and a connoisseur of eating in silence.
A true project pioneer with tons of knowledge and experience in different Ananda Kalyani areas. Now dedicated to the agriculture team with expanding and managing our nurturing sources. Also a green tech magician.

Organiser of people, tasks and processes in the valley in order to make the place grow, thrive, get known and work well in all the different aspects. Keeps chaos away, reviews and revises events and processes to improve the valley little by little.
Makes sure every guest feels right at home from the moment they arrive until they leave. Anasuya oversees all the details that go into a great stay—welcoming guests, keeping things clean and comfortable, and making sure any special requests are handled smoothly.
The voice behind the scenes, crafting messages that bring our story to life. She guides all things communication—whether it’s social media posts, newsletters, or website updates—to make sure our message is clear, engaging, and authentic.
The heart of our culinary experience, overseeing everything from daily meal prep to special events. Bhakti leads a talented kitchen crew, making sure every dish is fresh, delicious, and served on time.
Keeps everything running smoothly, ensuring our spaces are safe, functional, and welcoming. being a proud dad of three beautiful kids, he coordinates daily maintenance tasks, handles repairs, and keeps an eye out for anything that needs a quick fix or a little extra care.
