Founder of Ananda Kalyani, scientist, ecologist and yogi who has breathed life and dynamism into this valley. With endless ideas, inspiration and energy, he has helped transform a vision into a tangible reality as part of his life’s mission.
Mentoring and overseeing the decision-making processes of Ananda Kalyani, he helps us to reach our goals. With a wealth of experience in community development, he dedicated his life to supporting people and organizations. He ensures that the ecosystem flows well and the actions on the field are well managed and weaved, building the bridge between volunteers, team coordinators and board members.
Pours her love for Life into her care for the human ecosystem and its newly recruited members. Envisions an environment that allows us all to flourish, with a culture in which we recognize both our shared humanness and essential being.
Team Leaders
Taking care of the agriculture team, Patrick oversees shared growing spaces, community plots, or local food/production initiatives. He thinks about the planting schedules, crop rotations, and soil-improvement plans tailored to local seasons.
The heart of our culinary experience, overseeing everything from daily meal prep to special events. Anasuya leads a talented kitchen crew, making sure every dish is fresh, delicious, and served on time.
A true project pioneer with tons of knowledge and experience in different Ananda Kalyani areas. Now dedicated to expanding and managing our nurturing sources. Also a green tech magician.
Organiser of people, tasks and processes in the valley in order to make the place grow, thrive, get known and work well in all the different aspects. Keeps chaos away, reviews and revises events and processes to improve the valley little by little.
Making sure you feel right at home from the moment you arrive until you leave. Organizer of people, visions, and vitality in the Valley, Gautami channels inspiration into structure and movement. With a deep sense of purpose and care, she weaves people, plans, and potential into a living rhythm.
The voice behind the scenes, crafting messages that bring our story to life. She guides all things communication—whether it’s social media posts, newsletters, or website updates—to make sure our message is clear, engaging, and authentic.
Our logistical saviour, coordinating the smooth flow of people and things, making sure everything and everyone gets to the right place at the right time. He’s got a thing for outdoor adventures and culinary deep dives, for meaningful connection and chasing after flying discs.
