Healthy Lifestyle
Ananda Kalyani is a space without any smoking, alcohol and drugs. We also adhere to the Sattvik diet, which is vegetarian without eggs, mushrooms, garlic, and onion. In our daily life, we hold collective daily meditation sessions and practice yoga asana classes.
